Inspired by the grandeur of Renaissance and Baroque art, this upcoming vision draws from a time when theology and creativity walked hand in hand. Soon, ROBERTSONKUR will merge its signature peony flowers into this rich narrative—delicate petals contrasting with the sweeping forms of Renaissance architecture. Imagine the softness of blossoms resting against grand, ornate backdrops, where every curve tells a story of grace and divinity. WATER COLLECTION
Water has always held a powerful place in the world, connecting us across vast expanses of land and carrying sacred meaning throughout Scripture. From the creation of the universe, the parting of the Red Sea and the life-giving waters of Jesus, water symbolizes renewal and reflects God’s grace.
This future collection draws inspiration by this notion. Water represents both judgment and salvation, chaos and creation. It speaks to our deepest need for nourishment and the renewal in Christ’s "life-giving water."
Artist Kurt Robertson will explore the tension between water’s destructive power and its life-giving presence, capturing its fragility in flow and the unstoppable force and power as it shapes everything it touches.
