The Legacy of

Robertsonkur Art

In 2017, Kurt Robertson introduced the first Peony work into the ROBERTSONKUR studio, establishing a visual language that remains central to the brand.

The Peony emerged not as ornament, but as form, explored through scale, restraint, and architectural presence. The idea of the “collection,” informed by fashion and design disciplines, positioned each work within a cohesive and evolving body. This structure continues to guide the studio today.

Private Commissions

The studio undertakes a limited number of private commissions each year.

Each work begins in conversation and is developed in response to its intended environment. These works are developed as lasting pieces, and are created to live within private collections and architectural settings.
