ROBERTSONKUR creates works of enduring artistic value. Each acquisition, whether a painting, sculpture, private commission, or room fragrance, is considered a permanent placement within a collector's environment.
ALL ACQUISITIONS ARE FINAL
ROBERTSONKUR does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any work acquired through this site or through direct studio dialogue.
This applies to:
- Original paintings and works on canvas
- Sculptural works
- Private commissions
- Limited edition prints and editions
- Room fragrances and lifestyle products
The terms of each acquisition are clearly communicated prior to purchase. By completing an acquisition, you confirm your acceptance of these terms.
PRIVATE COMMISSIONS
Private commissions are governed by a formal commission agreement issued by the studio prior to commencement. This agreement outlines all terms including scope, materials, timeline, and delivery. Commissions may not be cancelled once work has commenced.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT WORKS
In the rare event that a work arrives damaged in transit or an incorrect work is delivered, please contact the studio within 48 hours of receipt at support@robertsonkur.com with photographic documentation. Each case will be assessed individually and resolved at the studio's discretion.
PACKAGING
All works are packaged and dispatched in Sydney, Australia. Every order is carefully inspected prior to dispatch to ensure it leaves the studio in perfect condition.
Original artworks and sculptural works are packed in house or by experienced fine art professionals using materials appropriate to the nature and scale of each work.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
ROBERTSONKUR ships works from Sydney, Australia.
Original artworks and sculptural works are shipped via the studio or specialist fine art courier partners to ensure the highest standard of care in transit. For international collectors, the most appropriate freight method is determined in consultation with the studio based on the nature of the work and destination.
Room fragrances, decor and lifestyle products are shipped via DHL and Australia Post Express within Australia, and via DHL Express for international orders.
Shipping costs are calculated at the time of acquisition and are non-refundable.
Delivery estimates:
Delivery timeframes for original artworks and private commissions vary depending on the nature of the work and will be communicated by the studio at the time of acquisition.
You will receive an email notification including a tracking number when your order has been dispatched. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
It is the collector's responsibility to ensure all delivery details provided are accurate at the time of acquisition. Once a work has been dispatched, address changes cannot be accommodated. If a work is returned to the studio due to an address error, redelivery costs are the responsibility of the collector.
TAXES AND IMPORT FEES
ROBERTSONKUR operates from Sydney, Australia. International acquisitions may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the collector.
All works are declared at accurate retail value for export purposes. Documentation will not be amended under any circumstances.
COMPLIMENTARY SHIPPING
Original artworks and private commissions are excluded from any complimentary shipping. Freight costs for these works are calculated individually and communicated at the time of acquisition.
CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY
All original works are accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity issued by ROBERTSONKUR. This certificate forms part of the permanent provenance record of the work and should be retained by the collector.
